Say goodbye to hauling luggage up and down snow-covered stairs. Level parking with enough space for two cars and level entry into the home makes speedy arrivals and departures the least of worries. Encircled by a lengthy leather sofa, a matching leather recliner, a reading armchair, and a sizeable stone-tiled gas fireplace, the living room is nothing short of a great center point for this home. A brand new 65″ LED TV, visible from the main living area, ensures you’ll never miss a “big play” in the game. Beside the main living area is a full bathroom, including a walk-in shower.

The “Stateline Ski Cabin” kitchen will truly be admired by all who love to cook. Quality stainless steel appliances, premium glassware, bakeware, and every cooking utensil imaginable fill the cabinets ready for use. Behind the kitchen, a sizable laundry room with an up-to-date washer and dryer and an extra storage area are available to assist guests during their stay. The primary bedroom has a spacious king-sized bed, a roomy walk-in closet, and a full bathroom newly renovated with a walk-in shower. Further, the second bedroom also contains a king-sized bed, with plenty of closet space for any luggage requiring a hanger, and the third bedroom includes two twin-sized beds. Surrounded by staggering pine trees, the backyard includes a new hot tub, a mid-sized Weber gas grill, and a lounging area for those warm summer nights.

Holiday Rates
$400 to $795 per night. A minimum stay and an increased refundable security deposit are required.
July 4th, Christmas, and New Year require a minimum stay of 3-5 nights.
