Located in Kingsbury Meadows, NV, “The Juniper” highlights an accessible location and considerable enjoyment all under one roof. Located only a brief distance from the lake, the ski resort, high-end golf courses, multiple casinos, and quality restaurants make this home ideal for smaller groups looking to enjoy South Lake Tahoe’s main attractions.

Parking becomes effortless, with an all-level driveway providing space for three cars and a level entry into the home. After a long day spent on the mountain hiking or skiing, unwind in the brand-new hot tub under the stars. A fully fenced-in yard gives guests a sense of privacy and comfortability when visiting “The Juniper.” Additionally, there is a brand new mid-sized Weber gas grill and a large outdoor table for guest’s use during their stay.
The main living room has been recently renovated and now features a considerably large sectional, a brand-new LED TV compatible with the most current streaming platforms, and a sizeable stone-tiled gas fireplace. The dining area features a spacious table allowing seating for eight and can extend out for increased space. In addition, the kitchen in “The Juniper” has recently been remodeled with up-to-date stainless-steel appliances and necessary cookware and utensils. A roomy primary bedroom in this home includes a large king-sized bed, a full walk-in closet, and a full bathroom. The second full bathroom and two additional bedrooms are in the main hallway, including a queen-sized bed and a bunk with a twin rollout, a double mid-section, and a twin top.

Holiday Rates
$400 to $775 per night. A minimum stay and an increased refundable security deposit are required.
July 4th, Christmas, and New Year require a minimum stay of 3-5 nights.
