A few miles from Stateline, NV, the “Stateline Express” is a four-bedroom, three-bathroom townhome in the Lake Village community, perfect for guests near all the main attractions the East and South Shore offer.

A short path from the parking lot and only two sets of stairs lead to the main level of this townhome. Upon arrival, two new luxury sofas, a sizable TV with cable included, and a stone-tiled gas fireplace help maximize guests’ comfort when desired. An all-open floor plan of the upper level creates a welcoming environment for entertaining on any occasion. The balcony outside overlooks the short trail between the home and parking area and includes a small gas grill and outdoor table for those warm summer Tahoe nights spent barbecuing. The dining room table allows seating for six, but if extra space is required, the counter has three additional barstool chairs available. The “Stateline Express” kitchen offers plenty of counter space, superb appliances, and an abundance of cookware, glassware, and other utensils. Above the kitchen, the loft is quite roomy, providing an ideal space for any extra tag-a-long guests or extra luggage that may be in the way. The primary bedroom rests on the upper level of this townhome, complete with a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, a sizeable queen-sized bed, a TV with cable, and an oversized dresser to help accommodate guests during their stay. Holiday Rates
$350 to $775 per night. A minimum stay and an increased refundable security deposit are required.
