High in the Sierras, the “Mid Mountain Lodge” perfectly combines seclusion and proximity. Adjacent to National Forest grounds, this home serves as a quiet retreat yet is only minutes away from world-class skiing, luxury shopping, and casinos with premium restaurants. The “Mid Mountain Lodge” is a four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom home combining luxury and mountain rustic, and it is suitable for groups of all sizes.

After a full day of adventures, guests can unwind in the new seven-person deluxe saltwater hot tub. Furthermore, a large Weber gas grill accompanies the hot tub on the side yard patio. The main living area displays a large open floor plan, combining the kitchen, dining area, and main living room. Overlook the dense forest surrounding the home through the large-scale windows and wraparound balcony off the main living area. Rich leather armchairs paired with a matching premium sofa make a bold statement in the main living room, in addition to the massive granite stone fireplace and a new Samsung TV, compatible with most current streaming platforms. The dining area borders the kitchen with an extended bench seating area and four chairs lining the table. The “Mid Mountain Lodge” kitchen is any chef’s dream. Encircled with solid Hickory cabinets and drawers, modern stainless-steel appliances, and high-quality cookware, cooking on vacation becomes gratifying rather than tasking. Downstairs, a sizable family game room boasts a multi-piece sectional, a giant ping pong and foosball table, a new Samsung TV with streaming, and a mid-sized electric fireplace for guests’ enjoyment. High vaulted ceilings amplify the size of the primary bedroom, complete with a massive King-sized bed and granite stone fireplace. The primary bathroom creates a statement with a colossal walk-in closet, spacious dual vanity, a walk-in shower, and a luxury soaking tub.
Featuring three additional bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-sized bed, the upper level also contains two full bathrooms to accommodate guests during their stay.

 

Holiday Rates
$600 to $1150 per night. A minimum stay and an increased refundable security deposit are required.
July 4th, Christmas, and New Year require a minimum stay of 4-5 nights.

Where to even begin!

This home is not only breathtakingly beautiful but also perfectly located for an unforgettable visit to South Lake Tahoe. It's nestled in a serene spot, offering a peaceful retreat from the downtown bustle, yet it's close enough for a quick drive or a scenic walk into town.

The house was immaculately clean upon our arrival, with clear and helpful instructions provided. The host was incredibly responsive, promptly addressing any questions we had and going above and beyond to share fantastic recommendations for activities, hikes, dining spots, beaches, and even places to rent jet skis and kayaks.
The amenities in the house are top-notch. It’s fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, from a coffee machine to pots and pans, and even a grill, making it a breeze to cook at home and enjoy quality time with friends or family.

In short, this place exceeded all our expectations. I cannot recommend it highly enough and am already looking forward to planning another trip back!

Super nice and clean house

Had a great time staying at the house. The house is very clean. The fireplace was awesome as we spent a lot of time in front of it playing games or just chilling. Awsome trails behind the house where I'm sure you could get lost but a great way to send a fun weekend.

The community is very close to the shops (about 5 min or less by car to go to Riley's) so if you need to get some last minute groceries is very convenient. Will be back for sure.

PS: Master bedroom/bathroom is unexpectedly cozy.

Fantastic!

This property was exactly as pictured and even better! Clean, great floor plan, and all the amenities you would want. Convenient location and perfect for 4 adult couples with four equally nice bedrooms with queen or king sized beds located on the third level.

Kids had a blast on the 1st level in the game room. 2nd level is the living room, kitchen and dining area. We will be back for sure!
