Amidst the Zephyr Cove Beach and Resort and the Round Hill Pines Beach and Resort, the “Pinewild Cabin” rests between hundreds of towering pine trees, with the iconic crystal blue lake just a short walk away. The private and gated community of Pinewild welcomes guests to enjoy the secluded beach and the tennis and pickleball courts. Located on the beach is a designated area, including a kayak and stand-up paddle board to use, provided with the townhome.

With an entire inside renovation completed, this three-bedroom, three-bathroom townhome makes it effortless to enjoy your stay comfortably. The entry-level provides an updated laundry area with a new washer and dryer ready for use. At the end of the hall, the spacious primary bedroom includes a sizeable king-sized bed, a new TV with ROKU streaming, and a complete primary bathroom with a walk-in shower. Holiday & Special Event Rates
$650 to $950 per night. A minimum stay and an increased refundable security deposit are required.
July 4th, Christmas, and New Year require a minimum stay of 3-5 nights. 5 night minimum stays required during July and August.
