ZK750 – “Ponderosa Cabin”

Located just a short distance from the famous Zephyr Cove Beach and Resort, the “Ponderosa Cabin” is the perfect getaway for the entire group. Offering a level entry is only the start of this six-bedroom mountain cabin.

Upon arrival, guests will be happy to know there are no stairs to climb to enter the cabin. A fully covered and all-level walkway leads to the front door and the two-car garage, offering straight access into the mud room beside the kitchen. Enjoy the large, cozy fireplace while watching a movie or streaming a show in the main living room just off the dining room. The “Ponderosa Cabin” features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the main level. The lower level offers two additional bedrooms, another full bathroom, and a game room / multi-bunk bed combo room. This cabin is perfect for multi-family or friend groups enjoying their space. After a long day on the mountain, relax in the large 8 x 8 hot tub on the massive back deck. For guests who like to keep their business in check while taking a needed break, high-speed Internet and Wi-Fi are spread throughout the cabin, ensuring you get all important emails. Additionally, a printer can be found in the mud room if needed.

In the winter, there are plenty of unique sledding destinations close to the cabin for the kids to enjoy, and it is only a ten-minute drive over to the Heavenly Ski Resort’s Gondola near the casinos at Stateline.

In the Summer, guests can take a short walk to the Zephyr Cove Beach & Resort, where they can take a journey out on the M.S. Dixie cruise or even rent a boat or personal watercraft. If hiking interests you, forest trails are abundant nearby, including the amazing Tahoe Rim Trail, featuring over 165 miles of hiking with incredible vistas, alpine lakes, and meadow creeks.

Holiday Rates
$400 to $850 per night. A minimum stay and an increased refundable security deposit are required.
July 4th, Christmas, and New Year require a minimum stay of 4-5 nights.

6. The guest who rents must be 25 years of age or older.
7. The guest who rents must provide a photocopy of his or her driver’s license.
