The garage features an EV charging station, ensuring no need to worry about finding a place to plug in during the stay. Encircled by granite countertops, the full-size kitchen is a gourmet chef’s dream, including top-of-the-line appliances such as a professional 48-inch Sub Zero refrigerator and a stainless-steel stove with dual-stacked ovens. This vast kitchen space will indeed become the main entertaining gathering area. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining room offers a spacious solid maple table, perfect for any large feast or holiday gathering, and an additional table for the little ones. In the living room, guests can enjoy the comfort of the high-end sofa and barrel chairs while taking in a movie or sporting event on the latest 83-inch Sony TV. For those seeking a challenge, a new shuffleboard table is alongside the living room couch, and a foosball table is upstairs in the smaller family room. Off the kitchen and laundry room, a premium office includes a grand desk, helping ensure any vital business is in check while away. On the main level, this home features two spacious bedrooms, one including a large queen bed and the other with two sizable adult bunk beds. In addition, there is one full bathroom with a large walk-in shower and one-half bathroom on the main level. A $200 refundable deposit is required to use the private beach and car pass.

Holiday Rates
$950 to $1200 per night. A minimum stay of 3-5 nights and an increased refundable security deposit are required.
July 4th, Christmas, and New Year require a minimum stay of 4-5 nights.
