Elevated in the steeps of Zephyr Cove, NV, “The Zephyr,” a considerable 3,800 square foot lodge with lake views, is an exceptional choice for guests with medium to large groups looking to create an abundance of new memories, cherished for years to come.

The massive great room of “The Zephyr” boasts an inviting stacked stone fireplace, a colossal 70″ LED TV compatible with current streaming applications, two spacious full-sized sofas with a matching armchair and ottoman, and an excessive number of plus-sized windows, capturing the serene views of staggering pines and the crystal blue lake in the distance. Two separate levels capable of entertaining provide guests plenty of space for relaxation during their stay. When enjoying the peaceful outdoor scenery of Tahoe, the primary level offers a large private hot tub, a massive wraparound deck with a sizable gas grill, an outdoor dining area with seating set for six, and an outdoor firepit with lounge chairs suitable for seven.
Updated kitchens on both levels, each complete with quality stainless-steel appliances and roomy countertops, make preparing meals on any occasion, big or small, feel the same. The main dining area of “The Zephyr” consists of a large table set for eight, a small breakfast table in the kitchen, and two barstools at the counter. A spacious bedroom with a large queen and double-sized bed, a full bathroom, a laundry room with an updated washer and dryer, and a massive primary bedroom are all on the upper level. The entry level features three additional bedrooms, each with a full-sized bathroom. Two bedrooms have queen-sized beds, while the other has two twins and a bunk bed with a double base and a twin upper level. Furthermore, guests can enjoy a new 12-foot Shuffleboard table, a large TV for entertaining, a sizable stone gas fireplace, and a lengthy bar counter with two mini-fridges.

$900 to $1200 per night. A minimum stay and an increased refundable security deposit are required.
July 4th, Christmas, and New Year require a minimum stay of 4-5 nights.

Awesome house - close to a lot!

We had 10 people stay at this rental and it was incredibly comfortable - the multiple floors and open floor plan was awesome for accommodating us. The neighborhood is quiet and close to grocery stores and bars. The huge porch was our favorite part; grilling and hanging out on the patio with an incredible view; what else could you ask for!? Highly recommend booking this property for a large group. The property management company was very responsive and helpful.

The garage light has only one florescent bulb working, and it was very dark in there. The kitchen was very well equipped and there were plenty of extra pillows and blankets. Our biggest grip was we were snowed in to Tahoe as all the roads were closed no one was getting in or out that day (Monday December 27) We called (Sunday December 26) to see if we could stay one more day and Tami wasn't in so we talked to another gentleman and he said another family was coming in which we understood that however he didn't even attempt to find out if the other family was able to get into Tahoe or not since the roads were closed. This snowstorm was the largest snowstorm in years you would think the agency would be a little more considerate. We were lucky to get 4 rooms in a hotel as most of the hotels were full. Other than that, the property itself was Great.

Overall, everything was great. A few suggestions though. The light switches in different rooms do not turn on anything and you have to turn on the lights by hand which is no problem but very confusing when you first get there.
